About Ben Lyon

An established expert in the Northern and Southern California legal and tech communities, attorney Ben Lyon serves as vice president and general counsel with select growth firms, including Immix BioPharma (Immix). The Immix nanotech pharma platform enables effective treatment of neurodegenerative and age related conditions, as well as multiple forms of cancer. Attorney Ben Lyon also provides counsel to a nanotechnology infrared sensor company, Calumino, which employs next generation Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence to provide valuable new data re: human activity, safety and security.

With extensive experience in transaction and corporate law and multiple successful exits, Mr. Lyon is known for his results in business development, handling complex international technology transaction matters and quickly and efficiently closing deals. Over the years, through his practice he has enabled a number of Silicon Valley companies to scale up and execute successful exit strategies. Among these were Ingenio, Inc., which was acquired by AT&T, and Tellme Networks, which was acquired by Microsoft. He additionally takes equity positions in growth companies as an angel investor.

A motivational speaker on topics such as success and entrepreneurship, Mr. Lyon has also presented in a number of academic settings over the years. These include Charles University Law School in Prague and Trinity College Law School in Dublin. He has also taught law as an adjunct professor at the San Francisco School of Law.
